Alumarine Boats Warranty
Alumarine Boats will warrant any new Alumarine Boat purchased from a recognized and/or authorized Dealer in Canada, that it will be defect free in workmanship and materials used for the stated time herein, subject to certain limitations.
Period of Warranty:
The hull and any major structural defects of a boat purchased for pleasure or leisure craft use from an authorized and/or recognized Dealer will be warranted for 3 years.
The hull and any major structural defects of a boat purchased for commercial/camp or government use from an authorized and/or recognized Dealer will be warranted for 1 year.
Terms of Warranty:
This warranty is non-transferable.
Boats that have been operated in a egregious manner, and/or are intentionally damaged from gross misuse or neglect will not be covered by warranty and is at the discretion of Alumarine Boats.
Any defect from production must be reported to Alumarine Boats within fourteen (14) days of discovery and the boat must be made available for inspection at their original place of purchase and/or another authorized Alumarine Dealer.
Alumarine Boats, that have been modified in any way, shape or form, except by Alumarine Boats and/or an authorized or recognized Alumarine Boat Dealer, are not warranted.
Any breach in the aforementioned warranty, will result in the warranty becoming null and void and Alumarine Boats or it's authorized and/or recognized Alumarine Dealers will not be held liable for repairs.
Parts:
All parts provided by Alumarine Boats for repairs are warranted as long as they have been installed directly by Alumarine Boats or they have been installed by a authorized and/or recognized Alumarine Dealer.
Parts improperly installed by a third party, that cause other damage to the hull or other structural areas, will not be covered under the warranty guidelines.
This warranty is subject to change at the discretion of Alumarine Boats.
